TINUADE AKOMOLAFE-WILSON, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This is a ruling in respect of an application by motion on notice dated 23/2/2017 and filed on 24/3/2017 which prayed for the following reliefs:

"1. An order of this honourable Court granting extension of time within which the appellants/applicants would seek leave of the honourable Court to appeal on mixed law and facts against the ruling of the FCT High Court (Coram: Hon. Justice A. O. Ebong) delivered on the 30th of November, 2016 in suit no: FCT/HC/CV/1017/2005.

2. An order of the honourable Court granting leave to the appellants/applicants to appeal on mixed law and facts in respect of all the Eight (8) grounds of appeal against the ruling of the FCT High Court (Coram: Hon. Justice A. O. Ebong) delivered on the 30th of November, 2016 in suit no: FCT/HC/CV/1017/2005.
