At the Court below, the Appellant by an Originating Motion of December 12 2018 by virtue of the Enforcement Procedure Rules, 2009 pursuant to Sections 35 (1), (4), (5) and (6), 36 (1) and (5) and 46 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended, Section 1 of the African Charter on Human and People's Rights Act 1990 and the inherent jurisdiction of the Court sought the following reliefs in the main:
