ELFRIEDA OLUWAYEMISI WILLIAMS-DAWODU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja delivered by Hon. Justice A. I. Kutigi on December 6th 2018 in Suit No. FCT/HC/1674/2015 wherein judgment was found in favour of the 1st Respondent (the Plaintiff at the Court below) against the 1st and 2nd Appellants and the 2nd Respondent who were the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Defendants respectively.
The claim of the 1st Respondent against the Appellants and the 2nd Respondent at the Court below was as follows:
"1. Declaration that the Plaintiff is the owner and is entitled to exclusive possession of the landed property known and described as Plot 384, Ipent River Park Estate Airport Road, Abuja.
