SOTONYE DENTON WEST, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): At the High Court of Justice, Ilesa, Osun State, the appellant was arraigned on an amended 5 count charge of conspiracy, armed robbery and murder.
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE:
Conspiracy: Contrary to Section 6(b) of the Robbery and Firearms (Special Provisions) Act, Cap R11 LFN 2004.
Armed Robbery: Contrary to Section 1(1), (2) (a) of the Robbery and Firearms (Special Provisions) Act, Cap R11 LFN.
Murder: Contrary to Section 319(1) of the Criminal Code Cap 34 Vol. II Laws of Osun State 2002.
