STATEMENT OF OFFENCE:

Conspiracy: Contrary to Section 6(b) of the Robbery and Firearms (Special Provisions) Act, Cap R11 LFN 2004.

Armed Robbery: Contrary to Section 1(1), (2) (a) of the Robbery and Firearms (Special Provisions) Act, Cap R11 LFN.

Murder: Contrary to Section 319(1) of the Criminal Code Cap 34 Vol. II Laws of Osun State 2002.

PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE

Sunday Odogun conspired with others at large to commit the offence of armed robbery at Idominasi along Osogbo-Ilesa Road on 26th day of June, 2006.
