(Delivering the Lead Judgment): This Appeal No. SC/1309C/2019 is against the judgment of the Court of Appeal delivered on 10- 1-2019 via Appeal No. CA/PH/5CR/2016 dismissing the said appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Rivers State delivered on 17-11-2015 in Charge No. PHC/654CR/2007 convicting the appellant with others for armed robbery and sentencing them to death by hanging.
Both sides have filed, exchanged and adopted their respective briefs as follows- appellant's brief and respondent's brief.
