OKORO JSC (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal A against the judgment of the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, delivered on 6 February 2015. In it, the lower court allowed the appeal of the 1st respondent herein from the judgment of the Federal High Court, Abuja Division, presided over by E. S. Chukwu J., delivered on 15 December 2014. In order to appreciate the issues thrown up for the determination of this appeal, an understanding of the complicated facts of this case is sine qua non. I shall, as much as practicable, summarize the facts as can be gleaned from the three volumes of the records of appeal.
