The learned trial Judge adequately considered the facts in this case and the defence of provocation which he quite rightly rejected. This was a brutal case of murder and their Lordships of the Court of Appeal quite rightly rejected the appellant's appeal. My Lords, I too would dismiss this appeal and it is hereby dismissed.
