RHODES-VIVOUR JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): In this application filed on 10April 2008 and brought under section 25 of the Court of AppealAct, Order 3, rules 3(5), (6) and (7) of the Court ofAppeal Rules, 2002 and the inherent powers of the court, the applicants seek the following:

Enlargement of time to seek leave to appeal against the ruling of Abdulahi J. of Lagos State High Court, given on 18 May 2006, in suit No. LD/68/2003.
