DANLAMI ZAMA SENCHI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): By a petition commenced and filed on the 24th December, 2020 by the Appellants as petitioners at the Tribunal are seeking the reliefs as contained in paragraphs 24 (a) to (i) as follow:-
a. A DECLARATION that the bye-election for Imo North Senatorial District of the National Assembly consists of:
i. A valid nomination through the political party primaries held in accordance with the provisions of Section 87 of the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended),
ii. Nomination of candidates by the political parties within the time stipulated by the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended).
iii. Publication of list of candidates nominated by the political parties.
iv. Provision of ballot papers containing the logos of the political parties who have nominated and sponsored candidates for the election.
v. Accreditation of voters
