JND PROJECTS LIMITED by which judgment the learned trial judge made negative and highly damaging indictment and prejudicial pronouncements against the person of the Appellant, in the practice of his profession as a Legal Practitioner, the Appellant not being a party to the suit then pending before Honourable judge, without the said Court ordering the joinder of the Appellant or affording him a hearing in the matter.
