(a) A Declaration that the retirement of the Plaintiff as Deputy Director (Accounts) in Anambra State Civil Service effective from 4/6/2001 is premature, unlawful, null, void and unconstitutional;

(b) A Declaration that the plaintiff is deemed to be and should be treated as being in the service of Anambra State until 4/6/2003 when she should honorably have retired from service upon completion of 35 years of qualifying and pensionable service;
