AHMAD OLAREWAJU BELGORE, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The Appellant; as the plaintiff before the High Court of Anambra State [trial Court] claimed against the Respondents [Defendants at the trial Court] vide a writ of summons and statement of claim dated the 24th day of September, 2008 and filed on the 14th day of October, 2008 as follows:-
