Commissioner of Police delivered on 29/1/2008, in which the conviction of the Appellant in Charge No. MAU/23C/2005: COP v. Shaka Okwilague and 2 Ors., for the offence of willful and unlawful damage of a Peugeot 505 Salon Car with Regd. No.AE 769 AUC, property of one Alhaja Kelimetu Okwilague in Count 2 and punishable under Section 451 of the Criminal Code Cap. 48, Vol. II, Laws of the defunct Bendel State of Nigeria, 1976 as applicable in Edo State by the Senior Magistrate Court Auchi was affirmed but the sentence of three years imprisonment imposed on the Appellant was reduced.
