Taiwo in Suit No, FHC/AD/CS/18/2017, and delivered on the 8th day of November 2017, in which the Federal High Court overruled the Preliminary Objection filed by the Appellants (who were the 5th -15th Defendants at the lower Court), and ordered that the Orders of the lower Court made on the 17th day of October 2017, be extended to terminate on the hearing and determination of the motion on notice to relist. And adjourned the matter sine die. See Page 2B of the Record of Appeal.
