(Delivering the leading Judgment): The Applicant filed a Motion on Notice before this Court pursuant to section 168 of the Adminstration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015, section 15 of the Court of Appeal Act, section 35 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended) and under the inherent jurisdiction of this Court.
