THERESA NGOLIKA ORJI-ABADUA, J.C.A. (Delivering the leading Judgment): The Applicant filed a Motion on Notice before this Court pursuant to section 168 of the Adminstration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015, section 15 of the Court of Appeal Act, section 35 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended) and under the inherent jurisdiction of this Court.

He sought for an order admitting him to bail pending the determination or conclusion of his trial at the Federal High Court of Nigeria sitting at Ado Ekiti

An Order of the Court for the variation of the condition of bail granted to the Applicant herein by Honourable Justice Babs Ikuewumi of the Federal High Court of Nigeria on the 16th January, 2020.
