N. Awulu in Appeal No. HCL/07A/2006 on the 22nd of April, 2010, affirming the decision of the Upper Area Court in Suit No. UAC/CVF/28/2004: Oladele Olokoyo V. James Ogunbaiyeje. 

  1. AN ORDER granting leave to the Applicant to appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Kogi State sitting in its appellate jurisdiction in Lokoja, delivered by His Lordship A. N. Awulu in Appeal No. HCL/07A/2006 between Oladele Olokoyo and James Ogunbaiyeje on the 22nd of April, 2010, affirming the decision of the Upper Area Court in Suit No. UAC/CVF/28/2004: Oladele Olokoyo V.
