AGUBE JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): The claimant now appellant by way of originatingsummons sought for the determination of the following questions before the Kwara State High Court, Ilorin Division, presided over by Hon. Justice Mahmud Abdul-Gafar: 1. Whether the 3rd and 4th defendants can lawfully dispossess the claimant of his land consisting of 3,636.16 square metres covered by Certificate of Occupancy No. KW. 4104 of 16 June 1981 with all the developments thereon on ground of alleged revocation; 2. Whether the 3rd and 4th defendants duly and scrupulously complied with the relevant Laws in the purported revocation of claimant’s aforesaid land and whether the Certificate of Occupancy No. KW. 4104 granted to the claimant is not subsisting.
