THOMAS JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The appellant/applicant filedon 19August 2008, a motion on notice seeking (1)an order of extension of time within which to appeal against the judgment of the Governorship and Legislative Houses Election Tribunal Holden at Osogbo; (2) an order of extension of time to appeal against the two rulings delivered on 19 September 2007 and 11 December 2007, respectively holden at Osogbo , and (3) for an order permitting the appellant to include the grounds of appeal against the two rulings in the same notice of appeal against the judgment of 11 March 2008, as contained in exhibit 4 attached to the affidavit in support of the motion; and for an order deeming as being properly filed and served the notice of appeal dated 2 May 2008, which is already filed and served.
