MUSLIM SULE HASSAN, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This is an appeal against the decision of the Federal High Court sitting at Lagos delivered by Hon. Justice I.N. Oweibo in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/1427/2022, on the 16th day of September, 2022, wherein the Appellant herein sought the order of the trial Court to vacate an earlier ex parte order freezing her account with Providus Bank and same was refused by the trial Court.
The Appellant was not a party to the motion ex parte, but the Applicant in the Motion on Notice leading to this appeal. The 1st Respondent was the Applicant to the Motion Ex Parte and the Respondent to the Motion on Notice, while the 2nd Respondent was the 1st Respondent to the Ex Parte Application as well as the 1st Respondent to the Motion on Notice of the Appellant at the trial Federal High Court.
