STEPHEN JONAH ADAH, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgement): This is an Interlocutory appeal against the Ruling of the Federal High Court, Abuja, in Charge No: FHC/ABJ/CR/235/2019, delivered on the 21st day of October, 2019, Coram: ljeoma L. Ojukwu, J.

The appellants herein were arraigned on a Seven Count Charge bordering on Conspiracy, Treasonable Felony, Cyber Stalking and Money Laundering on the 30th September, 2019. They were thereafter granted Bail.

The appellants who were dissatisfied with the said Bail Condition still approached the trial court vide a Motion Paper filed on the 10th day of October, 2019 and prayed the trial court for further Variation of the Bail Conditions already granted to them.

Still aggrieved with the Variation of the trial court as contained in its Order made on the 21st day of October, 2019, the appellants now appeal to this Court vide a Six Grounds Notice of Appeal filed on the 30th December, 2019. The record of appeal was transmitted to the Court on 31st …
