ISAIAH OLUFEMI AKEJU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the High Court of Lagos State delivered on 2nd day of April, 2019 in Suit No. LD/260/2010 which Appellant commenced through the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed on 10/2/2010 for the reliefs copied at Page 2 of Volume 1 of the Record of Appeal which processes were subsequently amended through the Amended Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed on 19/4/2012. The Claim of the Plaintiff as in the Amended Statement of Claim on pages 376-379 of Volume 1 of the Record of Appeal is for:
1. An Order directing the 2nd and 3rd defendants to forthwith pay up all their outstanding loans to the 1st Defendant.
