ABBA BELLO MOHAMMED, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Abuja Division in Suit No. NICN/ABJ/214/2017, delivered on the 26th of July, 2018 by Hon. Justice Sanusi Kado, wherein he dismissed the case of the Claimant, now Appellant, for judicial review. The judgment of the lower court is at pages 451–502 of the Record of Appeal.
Dissatisfied with the judgment, the Appellant brought this appeal vide Notice of Appeal filed on 5th October, 2018, which is at pages 503–511 of the Record of Appeal. However, the Appellant relied on an Amended Notice of Appeal filed on 17th June, 2019. The Record of Appeal and a Supplementary Record of Appeal were transmitted on 3rd January, 2019 and 18th January, 2019 respectively.
