“An order admitting the accused persons to bail upon such terms and conditions as this honourable court may deem fit to impose pending the determination of their appeal against the decision of the Federal High Court, Lagos delivered by T. Abubakar J on 13th March, 2007 in charge No. FHC/L/45C/2007, between Federal Republic of Nigeria v.
