ITA G. MBABA J.C.A (Delivering the Lead Ruling): Appellant filed appeal on the 6th November, 2008, as per the Notice of Appeal on the last 3 pages of the unpaginated Record of Appeal, transmitted to this court on 9th April, 2009, against the judgment of Kaduna High Court, delivered on 31st October, 2008 by Hon. Justice H. Balogun. In the judgment, the learned trial judge granted the claim of the petitioner and entered judgment for her against the Respondents, as follows:
"The marriage between the petitioner and 1st Respondent having been shown to have broken down irretrievably is hereby dissolved. This decree nisi shall become absolute after 3 (three) months. Custody is given to the petitioner of the children of the marriage until the age of 18 years with reasonable access to the 1st Respondent.
