BIOBELE ABRAHAM GEOREWILL, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an Appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Lagos State, Coram: I. A. Olorunnimbe J., in Suit No.ID/609/1984: Mrs. Felicia Adenike Osokoya v. Mr. Rauf Owolabi O. Onigemo delivered on 19/6/1992, in which the claims of the Appellant as Claimant against the Respondent as Defendant were dismissed.
The Appellant was thoroughly dissatisfied with the said judgment and had promptly appealed to this Court vide her Notice of Appeal filed on 2/9/1992 on 5 grounds of appeal at Pages 192 - 195 of the Record of Appeal. The Record of Appeal was transmitted to this Court in 2005. The Amended Appellant's brief was filed on 9/4/2005 but deemed properly filed on 30/4/2010. The Respondent's brief was filed on 9/4/2005 but deemed properly filed on 24/4/2017
