ONALAJA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The plaintiffs (1) Mrs. A Folashade Oyewole (Nee Akinyombo Dada) (2) Mrs. Latundun Alesin (for themselves and on behalf of the entire children of Johnson Akinyombo Dada) issued writ against Mrs. Victoria Lasisi (Nee Anibi) as defendant which writ was duly endorsed. After service of writ on the defendant pleadings were filed, delivered, exchanged and amended.

By their amended statement of claims at page 14 of the record of appeal it states in the undermentioned paragraphs as follows: SUIT NO. HIF/71/90

The plaintiffs are petty traders. The 1st plaintiff is resident in 26B Ompetu Street, Ile-Ife and the 2nd resident in 21, Igbo Itara Street,

Ile-Ife.

The Defendant is a business woman and her marital home is Omitoto Line 2, Ile-Ife.
