J U D G M E N T
Introduction
This action initially commenced as an action between the plaintiff and the 1st and 2nd defendants. The 3rd and 4th defendants applied to join the matter and they were rightly joined as defendants as the determination of the plaintiff’s claims would have invariably affected them. As a result of the joinder, the plaintiff filed an amended writ of summons on 4th June 2013 claiming the following reliefs against the defendants:
1. A declaration that all that piece or parcel of land being and lying at Labadi, Accra covering an approximate area of 0.23 acres and bounded on the North West by Mami Abla’s land measuring 100 feet more or less, on the South East by main Accra Tema motor road measuring 100 feet more or less on the North East by Nmati Stool land measuring 100 feet more or less on the South West by Nmati Stool land measuring 100 feet more or less and given Land Registry No. 65/1973 is the bona fide property of Margaret Korkor Sampson now dece…
