JUDGMENT  

The Plaintiff Company in the above suit issued a writ against the Lands Commission  for the following reliefs 

1. A declaration that a noted proposal does not constitute a legal acquisition  and therefore same is null and void. 

2. Declaration of Title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being  at La and bounded on or towards the North by Giffard Camp measuring  (2372’) two thousand three hundred and seventy two feet more or less on  or towards the South by a stream measuring (981’0) nine hundred and  eighty one feet more or less, East by open space measuring (1800) one  thousand and eight hundred feet more or less on the West by Road to Burma  Camp measuring (1638’) one thousand six hundred and thirty eight feet  more or less measuring an approximate area of 47.383 acres and registered  at the Land Registry as No. 27/1964. 

3. The Defendant, the Lands Commission denied the averments contained in  the Statement of Claim and contended that the land in dispute…
