JUDGMENT
On 29th October 2014, the Plaintiff issued out the Writ of summons accompanied by a statement of claim for the following reliefs, against the defendant:
a) Declaration of Title to all that piece and parcel of land bounded on the North by Vendors land measuring 60.7 feet more or less on the South by Vendor’s land measuring 54.6 feet more or less and on the West by proposed Road measuring 60.7 feet more or less and containing an approximate area 0.08 of an acre or 0.03 hectare more or less and more particularly delineated on plaintiffs site plan.
b) Recovery of Possession
c) Damages for trespassing
d) Cost
In the statement of claim that accompanied the writ of summons, the plaintiff pleaded that he acquired the land is dispute from Winfred Dzabe Odotei, as the Administrator of the Estate of Felicia Kai Doku, who originally owned the land.
