YARGATA BYENCHIT NIMPAR, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is a Criminal appeal against the decision of the FCT High Court, sitting in Abuja delivered on the 29th day of April, 2020 by HON. JUSTICE U. P. KEKEMEKE, wherein the Court below found the Appellant guilty in respect of 3 out of 4 counts named in Charge No.: CR/95/18 which are conspiracy to commit robbery; Armed Robbery and Attempted culpable homicide. The Appellant dissatisfied with the decision, filed a Notice of Appeal dated 24th June, 2020 (See pages 135 to 152 of records) setting out nine grounds of Appeal. The Record of Appeal was entered on the 30/6/2020.
