(Delivering the Lead Ruling): On the 1st of June 2011, the Applicant argued his motion filed on the 8th of February 2016, having obtained an order extending time to file their written address in support of the Notice of Motion to adduce fresh evidence filed on the 8th of February 2016, on the 1st of June 2016. The Written address filed on 31/5/2016 was deemed filed on the 1st of June 2016.
