RULING

1. The applicants have sought extension of time to file and serve a Memorandum of Appeal against the judgment of the Environment and Land Court (ELC) at Meru delivered on 26th January 2018. In the said judgment, the trial court dismissed the applicants’ suit where they were seeking an order of a permanent injunction to restrain the respondent from evicting them from a parcel of land where they were carrying on the business of a garage.
