RULING OF THE COURT

[1] UPON perusing the Notice of Motion application dated 22^nd October 2018 and filed on 23^rd October 2019 which is brought under the provisions of Articles 1(5)(6), 10, 19, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, 40, 50 and 258 of the Constitution as well as Section 14(5) of the Supreme Court Act seeks Orders for review of the Judgment and order of this Court dated 2^nd October 2015 and;

[2] UPON considering the Supporting Affidavit of Peter O. Ngoge Advocate, sworn on 22^nd October 2015 and a further Affidavit sworn on 3^rd May 2019 as well as the 6^th Respondent’s Grounds of Opposition dated 29^th March 2019 and filed on the same date and;
