Ogala of the High Court of Lagos State sitting at the TBS Annex in Suit No. LA/082CMW/2015 – Magic Support Nigeria Limited v. Mainstreet Bank Limited delivered on 3/6/2015. The ruling was in respect of two applications before the lower Court.
