An order deeming exhibit P4 herewith attached, duly filed and served on the parties herein as a supplementary record of proceedings for use and determination in this appeal. An order extending time within which the appellant/applicant herein can file his brief of argument.

An order deeming as properly filed and served the appellant’s brief of argument herewith attached and marked exhibit P5. And for any order or further orders as the honourable court may deem fit to make in the circumstances of this appeal.
