TINUADE AKOMOLAFE-WILSON, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The applicants herein, by a Motion dated 8th December, 2015 and filed same day prayed this Court for the following orders:-

An order enlarging the time within which to seek leave of this Honourable Court to appeal the decision/judgment of the National Industrial Court sitting at Abuja and presided over by his Lordship Honourable Justice Ede Isele and delivered on the 21st day of January, 2014 but a second version of the judgment was delivered on the 22/1/14 in Suit No. NICN/ABJ/23/12 between Dr. Bashir Gwandu v.
