JUDGMENT

AMALEBOBA, J.

The Wife- Petitioner filed this Petition against the husband - Respondent  praying for a dissolution of the marriage celebrated between the parties on 10th July 2004 at the Kingsway International Christian Centre, London Borough of Hackney, and for any other order(s) as the Honourable Court  deems fit. 

The ground upon which the Petitioner commenced this action is that the  marriage has broken down beyond reconciliation. Some of the reasons averred  to by the Petitioner for the breakdown of the marriage are that; the Respondent has a selfish disposition with no regard for the views of the  Petitioner, he is a spendthrift who spends the family resources on women he is engaged in adulterous relationships with and further that the parties have  lived apart for a period of seven (7) years immediately preceding the  commencement of these proceedings. 

Though all processes in this suit were served on the Respondent outside the  jurisdiction, he failed to file any process…
