ABIMBOLA OSARUGUE OBASEKI-ADEJUMO, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Ruling of the Federal High Court, Lagos State division delivered on the 9th of November, 2015 wherein the learned trial judge coram BUBA, J., dismissed the application for the enforcement of the Appellant's fundamental human rights to personal liberty, dignity of human person, right to life, amongst other rights as provided by Sections 33, 34, 35, 39, 41, 42 and 43 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended); Articles 2-6, 18(3) and 20-22 of the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights and Article 38 of the Statute of the International Court of Justice.
