NONYEREM OKORONKWO, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The application herein under consideration appears to be very unusual and very unlike processes that we are accustomed to dealing with in this Court. The motion originating the proceedings filed 22/1/2016 purports to seek leave of this Court for applicant to appeal against the decision of a Chief Magistrate, Titilayo Bello of Chief Magistrate Court Ifo Ogun State in MOT/476/14 delivered on 8th June, 2015 and of the ruling of Hon. Justice O.S. Olusanya of Ogun State High Court in suit number MT/72/15 of 1/9/15.

As indicated earlier, the application is so unusual and peculiar and the applicant, who appeared before us on several occasions, appeared even as unusual and as peculiar that for the purpose of showing the unusual nature of the motion, I will take, with due respect, liberty to reproduce in extenso, the orders or reliefs sought in the motion and the grounds exactly as couched by the applicant.
