OSEI-HWERE J.

This is a debt recovery action in which the Plaintiff seeks the following reliefs against the Defendants:

a. Payment of the sum of GH₡97,723.33 being the outstanding balance on the account of the 1st defendant from 29th April, 2014.

b. Payment of interest on the sum of GH₡97,723.33 from 29th April, 2014 at the agreed interest rate of 38% per annum till the date of final payment.

c. Penalty interest of 18% per annum on the sum of GH₡97,723.33 from 29th April, 2014 till date of final payment.

d. And/or the judicial sale of a BMW (GR 8681- 10), Camry (GE 8367-11), Rexton (GC 6478- 11), Toyota Tundra (GS 1988- 11) and other property belonging to the 1st defendants.

e. Cost

f. Any other reliefs that this Honorable Court may deem appropriate.
