STATEMENT OF OFFENCE: COUNT I

Conspiracy to commit Armed Robbery, contrary to Section 6(b) punishable under Section 1(2)(a) of the Robbery and Firearms (Special Provisions) Act Cap RII Vol. 14, laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, (as amended).

PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE:

IKECHUKWU PROMISE (M), CHISOM AGADA (M), AND ONWUEGBUZIE MICHAEL (M), and others now at large, on or about the 30th day of July, 2022 at Konwea Junction, Asaba within the Asaba Criminal Division, conspired with one another to commit Armed Robbery.

STATEMENT OF OFFENCE: COUNT II

Armed Robbery, punishable under Section 1(2)(a) of the Robbery and Firearms (Special Provision) Act Cap RII Vol. 14, Laws of Federation of Nigeria 2004 (as amended).
