JUDGMENT

This judgment comprises an appeal and a cross appeal.
It is an appeal by the Defendant/Appellant (hereafter referred to as Defendant) and a cross appeal by the Plaintiff/Cross Appellant (hereafter referred to as Plaintiff) against the judgment of the High Court, (Commercial Division) Kumasi dated 13th March, 2023.
The Defendant’s grounds of appeal are stated on page 630 of volume two (2) of the Record of Appeal as follows:
(i) The judgment is a travesty of justice so long as it awarded interest in favour of the Plaintiff/Respondent over its relief but failed to grant same opportunity to the Defendant/Appellant over the relief awarded in its favour.
(ii) The judgment failed to take into account the numerous inflated bills wrongly made by the Plaintiff/Respondent and duly paid for but the corresponding books not duly supplied.
