JUDGMENT
DEKYEM, J.
2nd Defendant is a company registered under the laws of Ghana. Per exhibit 5, NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF DIRECTORS of 2nd Defendant, Plaintiff is Executive Director of 2nd Defendant. 1st Defendant is also a director and chairman of 2nd Defendant. It is Plaintiff’s case that, he worked with 1st Defendant on part time basis between August 2010 and December 2010 to organize the Lifetime Africa Achievement Prize (LAAP) for the year 2010 under the name Millennium Excellence Awards. Plaintiff contends that, as a result of his competence, 1st Defendant pleaded with him to work with both Defendants on full time basis. Plaintiff asserted his role included raising funds, helped with publication of materials for events and to welcome award recipients. It is Plaintiff’s case that, he and 1st Defendant were able to raise about Seven hundred and fifty thousand United States Dollars (US$750,000.00).
