“An order granting leave to the appellant/applicant to file the appellant’s brief of argument attached hereto out of time. An order deeming the appellant’s brief of argument filed and served in this appeal as having been duly filed and served.
An order granting leave to the appellant/applicant to amend the notice of appeal, particularly the grounds of appeal therein in the manner underlined in the proposed amended notice of appeal attached hereto. An order granting leave to the appellant/applicant to argue additional grounds of appeal as set out in ground 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the grounds of appeal in the proposed amended notice of appeal.
