RULING
[1] This ruling is in respect of a Motion on Notice to Strike out Plaintiff’s Suit for Abuse of Court Processes filed by the 2 Defendant (hereinafter called “The Applicant”) against the Plaintiff (hereinafter called “The Respondent”). The application is supported by a 16-paragraph Affidavit dated 21 January 2025.
[2] The relevant paragraphs of the Affidavit read as follows:
That the Plaintiffs commenced the present legal proceedings against Defendants herein on the 2 day of January 2024 claiming the following reliefs indorsed on the Writ of Summons:
a.
