JUDGMENT 

This is an appeal against the judgment of the District Magistrate Court, Dodowa dated 3rd December, 2013. 

At the trial court the Plaintiff asked for the following reliefs against the Defendants: 

1. Declaration of ownership of a piece of land situate and lying at a place commonly  known and called Ponpontiso at Amaganya and covering an approximate area of 4.68 acres and bounded as follows; on the East by the properties of Osofo Yaw and J. F. Wulff, on the South by properties of Epode, Okoe Mensah and Okoe Annan, on the West by properties of J. F. Wulff and Amankwa and North by the properties of Soa Agbeve/Azamatsi.

2. GH¢5,000.00 (Five Thousand Ghana Cedis) special and general damages for  trespass. 

3. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, their workers, servants, privies  from further entering the said land. 

4. Cost. 

The Defendants per their statement of defence, counterclaimed for the following reliefs  against the Plaintiff:
