JUDGMENT

1.0. The Plaintiff, suing as the customary successor of his late mother, Maybel A. Laryea, caused to issue for him and the estate of his said late mother, a writ of summons which was accompanied by a statement of claim by which the Plaintiff sought the reliefs indorsed on his said writ of summons.

1.1. Later the Plaintiff amended his writ and by the Amended Writ of Summons and the Amended Statement of Claim, the Plaintiff sought the following reliefs against the Defendants;

(a) Declaration of title

(b) An order for recovery of possession

(c) Damages for trespass

(d) An order to cancel Certificate Number GA282526 in the land Title Registry in the name of the 2 and 3 Defendants and replace same with the name of the Plaintiff’s late mother, Mabel Laryea.

(e) Cost.

1.2. The Plaintiff stated that his siblings gave him a power of attorney to clothe him with the requisite capacity to institute the action.
