KEKERE-EKUN, J.C.A (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This is a motion on notice dated 10/12/04 filed by the appellant/applicant for the following orders:
1. "Extension of time within which the appellants/applicant can seek leave to appeal against the decision(s) of the Kaduna State High Court as contained in the rulings of Hon. Esther Inuwa, J. of 18/10/04 and 3/11/04 respectively to the Court of Appeal.
