J U D G M E N T
Roswitha Ilona Kuhling (hereinafter called the Petitioner) and Dsane Nee Quaye (hereinafter called the Respondent) were married on the 9th day of April 2013 under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (1951 Rev.) at the Accra Metropolitan Assembly. The Petitioner is a German Citizen who is ordinarily resident in Germany whilst the Respondent is a Ghanaian domiciled in Accra.
It is the Petitioner’s case that the Respondent has behaved in such a way that she cannot reasonably be expected to live with the Respondent. She filed the petition praying for the following reliefs:
i. That the marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent be dissolved.
ii. Such further order or orders as this honourable Court may deem fit.
