R U L I N G ON MOTION ON NOTICE TO SET ASIDE JUDGMENT
Introduction
This court differently constituted gave judgment in this matter on 13th October 2017. The 1st, 2nd and 5th defendants have appealed against the judgment to the Court of Appeal. The applicant who was not a party to the said suit has filed the present motion to set aside the said judgment because it adversely affects his interest.

The applicant describes himself as the Osabu and Ayiku Wulomo, the head of the Kle Musum Quarter and the Tsie We family of Teshie and that the subject matter of the judgment complained of is vested in him. The applicant asserts that the said judgment injuriously affects him as there are numerous decisions of our courts from the High Court through the Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court which have all held that the Osabu and Ayiku Wulomo is the head of the Tsie We family of Teshie and as such all Tsie We family lands are vested in him and he is the …
