That you Sadiku Abubakar “M”, on 23rd August, 2016, at about 0300hrs at Runji village in Furfuri District, Bungudu local government area, Zamfara state, within the Gusau Judicial Division, while wearing a face mask and armed with a locally made revolver pistol loaded with two live ammunition, invaded the house of one Bai a Hamisu “M” of same address, where in an attempt to rob him of his money, engaged him in a struggle and severally hit him with the butt of the pistol on the head, as a result of which he sustained head injuries.
